Red Bull Manny Mania is a worldwide manual skate tournament. This documentary follows the Israeli qualifications, at Jerusalem, Cesarea & Tel Aviv, which also hosted the final, featuring Israel's top technical skaters. The winner will fly to New York, to compete in the the worldwide super final.
